Arby's - Las Cruces

Smokehouse brisket large crinkle fries and large sprite absolutely delicious. I think I'm gonna go get another right now. Still as delicious as ever. I really love when I'm able to get Arby's. I know I'm sitting here writing this review while I'm still heated and I know that I will be back there again. I always receive great service but tonight was by far the worst. I understand getting busy at work, I even understand making a mistake (messed up my order) nobody is perfect, but to make me pull forward in the drive thru and then just forget about me that's not right and that's what set me off.

My order was placed through grubhub, upon arrival, the order was not up to par...... However I 'm rating this establishment a 5 because the customer service was amazing. I called and asked to speak with management, not because I 'm a 'Karen ', but because I used the last of my money for some take out and was disappointed. Management was very polite and explained incorrect times listed on the Grubhub app and how he tried his best to accommodate me with an unopened restaurant. He even offered to replace my order free of charge. Wonderful customer service will always make up for a bad 1 time experience. Management is beyond exceptional. Kudos to him.

Isn?t a bad place. Usually get the bacon turkey sandwich or the brisket sandwich If you?ve never heard of arbys, it a cold cut restaurant. No burgers.

I understand that I am busy with work, I even understand that I can make a mistake (with my order), no one is perfect, but to move forward in the drive thru and then just forget about me, that is not right and that is what sets me up.
