Chick-fil-a - Las Cruces

Food is always usually great but what gets one star is the service. Elisabeth the manager states you cannot get a refund on delivery order not received because the order was fulfill. So even though you do not get your food your not entitled to get your money back.

Staff here is extremely kind. My food was made fresh but ready extremely quickly. The speed is very nice since I usually go here for work lunch.

Very rude employees. The customer service at this location is not your usual chick fil a experience. The lady at the counter was rude and didn?t even acknowledge that we were standing there waiting. The lady cleaning the tables/ Mary was rude and not helpful. They acted as if they hated being there and us going to eat was an inconvenience. This store needs better customer service. Not the usual experience from other stores. Would not recommend this location.

The food is a little over priced but delicious but the pictures on the drive-thru menu board are a little deceiving as to there size. This is a $6, 4 piece tender next to a lighter for size reference.

This is by far the nicest Chick-fil-A that I have been in. The building is beautiful and spacious, the environment is friendly and relaxed, customer service was wonderful and everything was clean and organized! I highly recommend this Chick-fil-A to anyone nearby. It is definitely worth the stop!
