Írjon visszajelzéstMy sister and I decided to have breakfast for lunch, as we had an hour to spare after a busy day. We arrived and found that the waitress from 1 PM to 2 PM was overwhelmed but was handling it with some grace. However, we ended up waiting a long time for our food, even after we had asked about it. My sister went back into the restaurant to speak with the cook and ended up having a lengthy conversation while I was left waiting. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience. The restaurant was not clean; the floors were dirty and the tables weren't wiped down. It was quite unsanitary. I won't be returning to this place again.
Our waitress was great. first, as soon as we go in, we saw a couple of workers who are fighting over the seat list and didn't even recognize us when we got in. once one of them came out, I asked to be added to the list. they kept us waiting long to sit, although there were many tables available. we ordered our food and it took an hour to get it. several other people decided to go after one. as soon as I got my food, my toast had a bread twist bond mixed with the butter. the waitress was still past eating, so I showed her. I can't figure out how this was missed when they spread the butter and finally it was just in order. very disappointed with this visit.
. Management fully to blame for tonight. Only one server and one cook on. Saw multiple people come and sit down only to walk out because the ONE poor server simply could not keep up. Not to mention it’s homecoming night. While I did feel frustrated for the cook, he could not keep his composure. Our food was hardly edible, having moldy ham on my husbands sandwich and my Benedict looking completely sloppy and unappetizing. But again, can’t fully blame the cook for not being able to keep up. Server was very nice and apologetic. Tipped him anyway for the trouble. Cannot say that we will be returning.
The staff on duty was friendly and made a genuine effort to ensure everyone's satisfaction. However, there seemed to be some communication issues between the kitchen staff and the servers, which added to the stress of the experience. After we were seated—having walked around with a floor fan due to the malfunctioning air conditioning—we had to wait quite a while for our food to arrive. When it did come, the coffee was lukewarm, and most of the dishes were also served at a less-than-ideal temperature.
Rosemary gave us GREAT service at Dennys 740 S Main Las Cruces. Funny and good came out quickly. Took most of it home due to acid reflux on my part. Would come again if I lived here but I'm from Orting washington.
