La Chalota - Las Rozas de Madrid

My wife and I just tried Chalota out last night and it was a treat. They opened later than the advertised 2030, because they are also a caterer and had an order to launch, so we returned after 30 minutes. The appearance of this corner restaurant just off one of the main plazas of the village is tasteful with modern decor, polished wood tables and upholstered chairs, with good linen and crockery. The waiter proved most attentive and helpful, but left us alone when appropriate. The food was well prepared and interesting. We were offered three delicacies on the house for a starter, a corn gazpacho, bite of salmon and a small caramelized onion with goat cheese, very clever and most appreciated. We had the carpaccio de foie, shrimp/mushroom salad, duck magret and merluza on vegetables, topped off with a surprisingly authentic Tarte Tatin for desert. The wine list was ample and varied, all for 125 Euros. We will definitely return in force with the extended family.

Espectacular descubrimiento. la atención es grande y la comida más deliciosa, con una exquisita presentación. los postres que hemos probado estaban a la altura de todo lo demás, es decir, sobresaliente, y el precio (con descuento) ha llegado a nosotros por 26€ por persona. repetiremos el seguro.
