It's a shame. This place has good food, especially if they give what you actually order. We used to frequent one of their early locations in vegas and then swore them off because they seemed to hire kids that could care less about having a job and had zero concept of basic human interaction. Tried them again after many months of hiatus and they could not fill a pretty simple order accurately. Again, shame. We like their food. Maybe we'll try again 6 months.

Cool spot love the vibes, I can’t remember the girls name who helped us but she was working Saturday evening and was amazing as well as patient.

Friendly, cheerful, and helpful staff made our first visit a most positive experience. My wife and I both had Combo bowls (she had katsu and tofu, I had katsu and pork). Each of our bowls tasted fresh and flavorful.

Went here on a Monday afternoon and the manager was fantastic. Awesome guy and you can hear the enthusiasm. Foods fantastic too. Will definitely be coming back.
