Einstein Bros. Bagels - Las Vegas Strip

I'm in town staying with a friend in Vegas and just got bagels. I've been to plenty of Einstein locations in different states and never seen one so chaotic as this Vegas location. It appears they need more staff or more importantly that they need people that just stay at the counter to take others and let people pay. It took at least 5+ minutes for anyone to even acknowledge and help anyone in line waiting to order. Then the same thing happened at the separate pay window (which also seems to be part of the chaos, you with think that you would pay at the same place you ordered). As someone else mentioned they are very stingy on the cream cheese. I even paid for extra cream cheese, and ended up getting less than I would normally at another Einstein location where they put on a regular amount.

Showed up to pick up my online order around 10:30am today Friday and they give me my order with a empty coffee cup, I walk over to fill it up and there’s no coffee even ready nor do they have the creamer filled up! Why even open if your not even ready to service the customers yet, I had to wait 20 minutes for them to make it !!

Love this place! Always have always will! Jalapeno cheese bagel with garden vegetable smear is my favorite!

So much variety in bagel flavors I’ve never seen anywhere else.. tasty and fresh. Prices are very decent… :
