We love the place, the food… The service was excellent!

Did the tasting menu with wine pairing with for my wife’s birthday. Each course was prepared table side. We had a wonderful experience! Food was amazing and the serving team was very hospitable! We will definitely be back!

Not the best time in Americana, but overall was pleasant. I do recommend for a dinner

I won’t ever put bad stars when the food is good minus the salad and side. But our server definitely had more tables than they could handle. Our salad order and our side order was forgotten, which is no big deal I work in the service industry I know mistakes happen. But I believe myself to be a good server and I admit to management when I mess up. Our entrees were dropped without our order of mushrooms and our salad order. I asked the runner is the order of mushrooms and salad coming ? They looked confused as if there was nothing else on the ticket. The side and salad came out finally when I was 75% done with my meal. The mushrooms had 0 flavor tasted like butter and mushroom. Clearly rushed out of the kitchen. Peaches and cream salad was okay. Server never did a 3 min check or any check up on how the food was. I feel managment should of been notified of the mistake so they could correct the issue. Maybe they were and didn’t care ? Because the let there servers take 4 tables on the patio and tables inside as well when they clearly can’t handle that type of volume. Sorry that the tip had to reflect the mishandling of mushrooms and the salad being forgotten but sometimes the guest has to take matters into their own hands when managment doesn’t step in.
