Bella Vita Blue Diamond - Las Vegas

I?m not an Italian food fan, but this place might change my mind. They have a slew of options from steak, lobster, cheeks, fish, and even all of that on pasta. The drink menu is pretty extensive. Our waiter, Manuel, told us he?s from Rome, Italy. This was about as authentic Italian as I could find. Also, there is outdoor seating and they often host a live band. Totally worth the visit.

The food is okay, even tho it came out only warm, so it was cold by the time we were done. Nothing to write home about, but you won't hate it. The real issue was they had karaoke at 630pm on a Wednesday. They're trying to be an upscale restaurant, and then I have to listen to some hacks version of Radiohead's Creep. Went here on a Friday night and it was crazy! Packed and had to wait 45 minutes for a table. You even had to wait for the bar! That?s how popular this place was. The vibe was really cool they had a DJ/singer (Mark Aston who was amazing! there and one of the managers was super nice and let us try some limoncello while we waited! A welcomed surprise! The hostess was very friendly and accommodating. Our server, Erwing, was one of the best waiters we've had in a long time. Very attentive, gracious, and super friendly. His menu recommendations were excellent and the food was AMAZING. We had the lobster ravioli in pink vodka sauce and the veal piccata (the sauce is to die for! was exquisite! This place is a MUST try for locals!
