Blueberry Hill Family - Las Vegas

I highly recommend blueberry Hill family owned restaurant as a place to go for an incredible meal at very reasonable prices. Today we had breakfast, blueberry pancakes without the compote and chocolate chocolate chip pancakes with extra whipped cream. Our meal was phenomenal and our waitress Lily was fantastic. Excellent service all around from start to end.

Our experience yesterday was excellent. We loved the service that Felicia gave us. Though the next day, today the service went upside down and was horrible. We waited for them to seat us down for 45 minutes then as we were seated we were offered drinks but they never came and checked up on us about if we were ready to order or if we wanted more drinks, we had to get the refills. We had to call not our waiter but the man who was in charge of the drinks so we could get our check. We were even getting charged a gratitude tip without us even knowing. If you would go to this place ask for Felicia to serve you.

The place is nice and always busy. I go in every single day no joking every day I order the same food eggs Benedict the cooks literally send out slop!! I have sent orders back to them two and three times in one day. I have went back myself and gave it to the cooks they do not know how to make poached eggs. I get hard-boiled eggs I get the yolks hard-boiled I get snotty slimy eggs because they're just rushing and don't care! Where are you can sit at the bar you can see through the window to the Cox I want to take it back to them they have something to say is if you're cussing out the customers. Disgusting and rude and disrespectful. When you're spending $17-$35 every day seven days a week you think he would get your food correctly. Why do I continue to come here or you may ask because there's a waitress by the name of the Nix that is absolutely awesome and the manager Maria they go back and give them hell but they still just don't know what they're doing If you go here I would definitely recommend not not getting the eggs Benedict something easy to order that they were going to be able to make it make correctly they have five and six guys back there laughing joking sexual comments To the staff. When you're sitting out here and you're listening to them talk speaking Spanish in there talking about the women's breasts and that they have no but it's absolutely disrespectful and degrading to women trust me they don't understand who all understand Spanish it's not just them I speak it fluently The new hostess is absolutely rude upfront she doesn't even look at you she just takes your car to your payment and runs it and stairs at you with dagger eyes but when she's around the other staff joking and playing around that's a different story it's all about customer service and this place really needs some training Hey Staff is absolutely awesome, however just some of them are really terrible the girl at the front when I went to pay she says cash or credit debit or credit I'm not hello how was your meal nothing very rude so my card was locked and it didn't go through so I had to unlock it and then when I was waiting to leave I waited for her to say thank you or something so I had to end up saying thank you and she says oh I said it was she has a mask on so I don't know I'm not sure what's going on here but it's a really fun nice place and I so enjoy going there when this is all about customer service that's all the service which they would want good customer service if they went out to eat somewhere or they would be complaining are you have to really research I need to find the owners name and number I really need to meet with him about this I will follow up

Blueberry Hill is our favorite breakfast place in Vegas! They have several convenient locations, easy to reach from the strip. Because of their popularity, the wait is sometimes long but their food and service is worth the wait. They have several options for breakfast and lunch and with the portions served, you will not go away hungry, I promise. Visit them next time you're in Vegas, the earlier the better you'll be on the wait time.

So so place. Service was good except she had no mask and stood ral close. The menu nothing spectacular (like a TGIF or AppleBees).
