Fat Choy - Las Vegas

It really is a dive, but it 's worth your dive! Amazingly good service food was great too.

It's tucked away in a little gem of a casino. It really has that old Las Vegas vibe to it. The restaurant was immaculately clean, quaint with simple Asian inspired decorations. Clean interior, great diner vibe. The grilled salmon teriyaki was phenomenal! The grilled cheese and tomato soup was also excellent. The bacon cheese burger was very well done and a good portion size. We also got the pork buns and they were delicious! Super juicy and crispy and very saucy but not overbearing. Service was great as our waitress was personable and attentive. If you are confused you walked into a casino, keep walking in, the restaurant is inside. Amazing prices for some good food. Very laid back place off the strip.

We stopped here for a quick after arriving. We had heard of this place on Guy Fiery DDD. We tried the pork belly bao bun and the short rib grilled cheese and some loaded fries. Everything was very good, and Tammy Jo a great server.

I was searching for good food near our stay on the Strip that wouldn't be too expensive, and I was very happy to discover Fat Choy. The food looked great...
