Írjon visszajelzéstTry to go to drive thru around 4:40am and they say their system is down so I drive to this location and they say the same exact thing so I ask if there is something wrong with all of their systems and I 'm told yes but also that they spend this time to stock and stuff why advertise 24 hours at all the restaurants and then have them all close at the same time so customers don 't look it up and waste time and gas driving to it?
Jack-in-the-Box has recently not been as good as it normally is. They don’t put enough sauce on the burgers and it definitely does not look like the pictures do at the drive-thru. Need to step it up a little bit Jack-in-the-Box
Went through the drive thru around 3 am. They said that they don't accept credit card. I had cash at the time and told them I didn't mind. Drive thru associate then proceeded to give me attitude and clearly was upset. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you are up late and are looking for a meal.
This location of Jack in the Box is usually quite efficient, with food served hot and quickly. However, over the past few months, I've noticed a significant decline. The drive-thru line and the inside seating area are constantly backed up, and employees often stand around waiting for food to be prepared. During this time, no one is offered drinks, cups, or anything while they wait. It's hard to believe how quickly this location has fallen in quality.
I’ve had a disappointing experience. The staff member asked me several times what I ordered, and it was hard to appreciate the interaction due to his rude demeanor. It felt like he was just waiting to hand me my fries, which didn’t seem to have been prepared properly. Overall, it was a waste of time.
