Kyara Japanese Tapas - Las Vegas

The presentation of the sushi, sashimi, and tapa-style Japanese cuisine is truly unique. I've been there twice already, and I look forward to returning many more times!

This is a highly recommended neighborhood gem. The Take Omakase was absolutely worth it – delicious and beautifully presented, complemented by excellent service. The experience included three courses, with the standout being a wonderful selection of make-your-own hand roll sashimi. When we visited, it was relatively quiet, making it a perfect spot for a date. However, it does get busier after 9:00 PM when they shift to an à la carte menu and remain open late.

As soon as we walked in, we felt like we were in a local sushi restaurant in Japan. The service was outstanding; the staff greeted us warmly, explained the different dishes, and ensured we had everything we needed. The food was exceptional—my son even remarked that it would be hard for him to find sushi as good anywhere else after trying it here. This meal was truly a wonderful experience, and we will definitely return to this restaurant next time we're in town.

Best omakase in the city for the value. Attentive, knowledgeable staff. Makes for a wonderful memorable evening.
