Maggiano's - Summerlin - Las Vegas

We had a reservation of 7:30. we came at 7:23 and was told we would sit closer to 7:30, which was good. we sat at 7:50 after asking the hostess what was going on with our reservation. I was disappointed.

Horrible customer service , from waitress... and food was not as good as I thought was going to be , and for the prices the scene was very cheap looking ,

We had a 5:30 reservation on Valentines Day. Our wait for our table was less than one minute. We asked for a booth and it was granted. Our waiter appeared in less than one minute and he was very helpful in picking out our drinks, salad, and dinner. He explained that I could get a take out dinner for an equal price or less for free! The dinners and service was excellent and we will definitely come back again!

When we lived in vegas, we dictated several times at both locations. it's probably 3.5 years ago. our server sylvia was great! also the “One for tomorrow” deal is great. but the summerlin location has packed so many tables in the dining room that server pushed into our chairs. eating was not as good as we remembered. only 3 of our 7 people really enjoyed their meals. the others were either too salty, undercooked, lacking in hawn or taste.
