Subway - Las Vegas

I was disappointed to find out that they don't offer refills. When I asked in Spanish if I could get one, they responded that they only speak Chinese.

The two employees working behind the counter were extremely unprofessional. It was clear they were aware of their behavior and yet chose to disregard it. They mixed up our sandwich orders, and when we pointed it out, they reacted by making disrespectful comments about us. One member of our group overheard them talking poorly about the customers behind us. While the food was decent, I can’t imagine many people wanting to return with those two representing the restaurant.

I strongly advise against patronizing this restaurant. First, the staff is incredibly rude. Second, the food is served past its expiration date. Third, there are flies and bugs found daily in the salad and tuna, yet the manager instructs the team to just remove them and serve the food to customers. The cleanliness standards are atrocious, and it's concerning to think about what kind of contaminants could end up in your meal. The employees rarely wash their hands, and half of the staff lacks proper food handling certifications. Additionally, some coworkers worked while knowingly infected with COVID.

Rude, rude, rude, rude! unacceptable treatment by the person who served us. She had such a heavy accent that it would have helped if she looked at us when she spoke. no eye contact with anything very terrible ton and attitude. the bank was much more beautiful. I wouldn't waste my money there if I didn't starve!

All the meats were fresh. So many sides to have on a sandwich. You have a nice selection to choose from. Priced reasonable. Fresh cookies daily. Nice for a quick bit
