Burger 21 - LATHAM

The ordering experience was far from fun. This place seems like a fancy five guys. The good tasted good. However, there were imperfections. Surprisingly, I can make a better burger at home. The fries were good (string cut). The pickles tasted like onion rings. Sides are served in tiny containers that hold virtually nothing. I wouldn't say avoid this place, but I would say don't go out of your way to try it. With that said, I would like to give them a second chance.

Great burgers and some pretty creative fries!! Careful if you order large fries…..it is alot!! Definitely worth the money

What a great establishment. Friendly and helpful staff, great food and it’s always a go to for my kids. One of their favorites!

I liked going here because they have great burgers, hot dogs, and shakes. Their prices are really good. Their workers staff and workers are friendly.

Went there for the usual burger yesterday afternoon. The girl who took my order was not friendly at all however I interacted with another lady and she was a delight and the man who came out from the kitchen was also very friendly. I wish they still had all the condiments out on the counter so people could make their burgers to their liking but my burger was still excellent as usual.
