Starbucks - Lathrop

I've been to this location several times before and they were pretty good experiences. However, today was a disappointment. Whoever the lady in front who took our orders did not smile, no welcoming or friendly customer service. Pretty sure she is not any of the other barista I met there before. It took a while to get our coffee cake order. If we didn't check on it, no one paid attention to us at the counter. Usually, staff will ask when they see someone waiting a while at the front counter. Oh well. One of those days, I guess. Our drinks were good so that's a positive at least.

Every where you go there's no restroom service but it's nice to stop at Starbucks they give the code ok great food great drinks and great

Absolutely terrible service and my drink was made wrong. Would not recommend to anyone who loves to drink Starbucks because you will get a watered down, poor service excuse of a Starbucks.

This was my first visit to this Starbucks location and I definitely won't be returning. The staff member at the register, Brianna, was very unfriendly. I plan on contacting customer service about my experience. It was disappointing to see that two other customers ahead of me had similar issues with her. Overall, it was a terrible experience and she is not suited for customer service.
