She seemed to have a negative attitude and often complained about her job, suggesting that our presence was part of the problem. She rushed us through every decision we had to make and took an unusually long time to bring out our food and drinks. Although she mentioned that we were her only table, I couldn't understand why the service was so slow. When our food finally arrived, it was cold. The situation worsened when we asked about desserts, as she became quite upset. Additionally, her loud and disrespectful behavior towards her coworkers in the kitchen added to the uncomfortable atmosphere.

I dined at this restaurant on October 8th, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The waitress seemed unsure about the menu; when I asked about a specific dish, she looked confused. After I finished my meal, I asked her about the blackberry cake, but she was unable to provide an answer. She went off to check if they had cherry cake, but kept needing to refer back to the menu. I expressed my hope that they wouldn't serve me apple cake, yet they still brought it out in a takeout container, which I hadn't asked for. It felt like there was a lack of management present. The restaurant itself was not clean, and the staff, including some girls who were busy chatting and on their phones, did not seem very attentive. At one point, a staff member almost bumped into my walker as they rushed by without acknowledging me. Overall, it was a frustrating dining experience.
Tonight, we waited 35 minutes for a table. When we finally got to the salad bar, the salad was completely brown in both bowls, and most items were empty. The chicken noodle soup had zero noodles in it. I mentioned this to our waitress, but nothing changed. After waiting another 20 minutes, I went up again and saw no improvement. We ended up paying for food we couldn't eat; we ordered sandwiches, but that was beside the point. I spoke with a male manager, but he didn't take any action. We had to ask our waitress three times for my husband's drink. To make matters worse, this was the second time my grandson didn't receive his cookie, so I inquired if we now had to pay for a cookie. She just laughed and promised to get it. By that time, we were practically at the door and still had to remind her. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at EAT n Park!
We had to wait 30 minutes just for someone to take our drink order. After placing our food order, we waited another 30 minutes. The people sitting right in front of us left, and we still hadn't received our food! In response to this review, I was offered a $5.00 gift card for food and parking. I'm honestly not sure how I managed to eat after that experience!
