Singh's Roti Delight - Lauderdale Lakes

By far the worst food much less Trinidadian food I have had in my entire life. The roti skin for the doubles was mushy the doubles had some flavorless chick peas. I will never visit Singh's again even if the food was free. The goat roti was more bread than meat and the lady that took my order said the food is authentic. If that food was authentic what kind of food have I been eating all along from the other restaurants. This place has no business selling food not only does the food taste horrible the area that they are putting the orders together is less than clean. Singh just decided they had money and wanted to do something so they decided to open a restaurant they literally have no business cooking for the public. Either the people that come there don't know good food or they are paid to go there I am taken aback by all those reviews considering what I experience......did family members and friends write them? Eat at your own risk I feel like I was robbed!!!

We used to go there all the time when they were located on the other side of 441. The food is tasty but the roti is small compared to other Trinidadian spots. Having said that it's worth the experience especially now that the new location is extremely spacious.

Beautiful place, atmosphere is great but I have to say, wait time for your order is horrible. I recommend you order online before pick up. Food needs a little more flavoring.

Great Service, Great Atmosphere and Amazing food. Love the Portion size of Bake Saltfish, And Roti with Curry Goat. We will be back.

The place and staff are really nice! The food isn't worth going back for. The chutney and the curry is watery. The doubles and aloo pie were sweet, why?? It's suppose to be savory. The roti was the only item that was perfect. The veggies are pretty good. For real trini food taste, I'll give this a 2 out of five.
