My partner and I went with our dog around 3:15 p.m. to ask for a table at this restaurant. It was half empty, they told us that because of the dog we had to sit outside in the horrible cold, we accepted. We were 20 minutes at the door without anyone coming to serve us, we definitely left. NOT RECOMMENDABLE. We arrived at the Nacimiento Restaurant that was right next door, it was 4:00 p.m. and they had already closed the kitchen, they let us in, they lit the fires and they gave us food, that's how people are treated so that they return to their restaurant.

Hace 25 años que conozco la Fabriquilla, cada vez que voy digo que es la última pero cuando pruebo la comida vuelvo a picar. Es dificilísimo hacer una reserva y no puedes ir sin reserva, te ahogas con el humo, yo creo que no han limpiado la chimenea nunca, el caso es que revoca y atienden mal, pero la comida es excelente y no es caro. Parking: Hay sitio par aparcar, sobre todo por el camino, no intentes aparcar en la puerta.

Hoy, después de hacer la ruta de la Hidroeléctrica, la cual aconsejo por sus vistas y pasadizos, hemos estado en este restaurante. El restaurante tiene una decoración rústica y unas brasas en el centro donde hacen todas las carnes, lo que hacen que sean muy jugosas . También tienen carnes en salsa, platos típicos de la zona y menú infantil, algo súper aconsejable si vas con niños. En la puerta hay sillones donde hemos podido tomar el postre y jugar. Totalmente aconsejable después de un día de caminata. Y algo muy importante, la atención ha sido genial. VOLVEREMOS.
