Bryher - Launceston

The staff was exceptional!!! The atmosphere was fantastic. We visited on a Saturday morning, and even though it was busy, the employees were knowledgeable and took the time to explain the menu. I can't say enough about the food. I ordered the Scotch Egg, and it was out of this world. Definitely a must-order! This large café is located right in the heart of Launceston city!!!!

What a lovely little café right in the heart of Launceston! It's clear that this spot is a favorite among locals for coffee and brunch. The "Godfather" dish is truly life-changing when served on delicious toast with figs. The service is incredibly friendly, and if it's chilly outside, they even provide cozy blankets to keep you warm.

This was likely our favorite dining experience in Tasmania. Several aspects set this café apart from others. They are more than willing to stray from the typical eggs on toast routine and instead offer unique dishes that showcase their locally sourced ingredients. Most importantly, the food was simply delicious, and we particularly loved the chicken liver parfait. (as of April 2019)

Great service. Great coffee. Great food. Very recommended. The person who served us was probably the happiest person I ever met who worked in hospitality (which did not contain a bar). If you drive to the city, the parking lot is on the street or turn right and there are two parking spaces on the right side.

OMG, the barista there was super nice! My dirty chai was top notch! The bacan twist I had was the best pastry I ever had!!! The croissant was very special as well!!! I will definitely eat there again if I ever go back to Tasmania.
