The Vegan Pho was underwhelming, consisting of a simple broth with noodles, vegetables, and tofu. There was no imitation vegan meat included. The Tofu and Veggie wrap was visually appealing but on the smaller side, though it was tasty.

I had a great experience at this restaurant with a variety of delicious options such as bahn xeo, pho, and spicy noodle soup. These dishes were perfect after a long day of hiking in the cold.
