Burger King - Laurel

I really enjoy this particular Burger King located at Tremont and Park Street in Boston. I visit a Burger King about twice a year, and I appreciate the service here and the fact that the food is consistently well-prepared. Whenever I request extra sauces, the staff is accommodating and never gives me a hard time about it. This Burger King caters to a diverse clientele, regardless of their financial backgrounds, and the employees treat everyone with kindness.

Why give 5 stars after receiving a burger without a patty? Because we all make mistakes, and BB, the manager, handled the situation like a true gem. Having worked at another Burger King for 10 years, I can say they've finally found the right approach with their staff. Well done, BB! I informed them about the issue with my burger, and they corrected it without hesitation, even offering me two additional burgers as a gesture of goodwill. All three burgers were served hot and delicious!

I had the Rodeo Burger along with a few other items, and everything was great. The restaurant felt clean, which was a nice touch. It's a fast food place, but it's conveniently located right in front of the station.

Pretty fast service and they have a computer ordering system that really allows you to customize your food, which is great.

Super friendly staff every time. And the food is BK, so that's great, too.
