Írjon visszajelzéstWhen I entered the restaurant, nobody greeted me. I waited for about a minute before a young man finally came to take my order. The garlic parmesan wings I ordered were not warm at all. The barbecue wings were drowning in sauce. The ketchup container looked dirty and unclean. The restaurant had a neglected and unnoticed feel to it. When I got home and tried to eat the food, I ended up throwing it in the trash where it belonged.
I ordered from the app arrived about 40 minutes later. When I arrived, the hostess told me my order would be ready shortly, so I sat down and waited. As I waited, I noticed something in the corner of my eye—it was my food, sitting there unfinished. I decided to wait in my car instead. It took another 20 minutes for my order to be ready, but when it finally arrived, the wings were delicious.
This Wingstop location is the worst, they have been terrible since they opened. We tried them for the last time on Friday. My husband and I waited over an hour in line to get our order, and this is not the first time this has happened. We ordered 40 wings, which were not cooked well, and they were missing celery and carrots. The vegetables we did receive were soggy and cold, and the wings were not up to par. I called the restaurant to complain, and the employee apologized and offered to remake our order or give us a refund. It was already 9:30 pm, and he said we would have to wait another hour for a remake. I declined and asked to speak to the manager, who told me to come back for a refund. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing, and I wish I could give zero stars.
Disgusting. no hygiene except the girl in front of that who was handled and masked. the older gent, which seemed responsible for masked, was pulled down. I saw him wiping his mouth with open hand and then taking a bowl and mixed sauce on wings. then he lifted a drain cover from the floor, reached for a pipe lost on the floor handle twice then connected pipe to drain frit over the walkway. his hands were covered with dirty frittier fat and dirt. then he grabbed a sosty mix dish without washing or wiping hands, they drop it on the floor, took it extra wing and sprayed it into a portion container. never washes or washes the hands, nothing. still a order ticket and on. the food and drink area was wet and dirty. since the other 2 hired this testified, it must be common, so it was not worth correcting my time or asking them much less for my money back. I can't tell you how the wings were torn.
They’ll tell you that they’re “bagging it up now” just for you to wait an additional 11 minutes. There’s nothing worse than an exaggerated time estimate. Respect our time and just let us know exactly when it may be done. Don’t lie and say you’re “bagging it up now”, especially when you have an open kitchen.
