Zoo Burger - Lausanne

This actually happened twice, once at the other location. Never again. Was disgusting. However frites are good

Very poor service, impolite and totally ignore our demand. After we order, they told us our meet is finish, very funny. The meat is totally uncooked, frites also horrible, whole plate looks worse than a dog food. If you want to abusing yourself, come here now!

I just ordered “cheese burger du zoo” from this place. I don’t want to scold this place since I have only tried one burger. However the one tried was the single worst burger I have ever tasted in my entire life. The bun was all mushy and soft, the meat was absolutely not seasoned and juiceless, the combination of gruyere and mustard in a burger was a terrible idea. Also the choice of the default garlic sauce next to the fries was in one word not formidable. If you want good burgers in the area, go to Bang Bang in Renens or Inglewood in Lausanne.

As our Vaudois friends would say, “Disappointed in a good way!” Pleasant place, trendy , friendly and at the same time unpretentious. Very friendly and very smiling staff despite the midday gunfire. The most surprising part is in fact the hamburgers, connoted fast food which once again become slow food as the flavors are surprising. To try and enjoy without moderation...
