Mcdonald's - Laval

Located in a Walmart. Always very dirty, overflowing garbage can and floor full of food.I'm not exaggerating it's one of the worst McDo's I've seen. In addition, you have to be patient because the service is very long, minimum 20 minutes to have two trios.

I ordered last night on skip for me and my 5 year old son. Result: we both had food poisoning and tomorrow I have to do blood tests to see if I have not caught listeriosis because I am 25 weeks pregnant. I also filed a complaint via the government site and at the Mcdonald chain as well. Never again will I order from this place and I hope for you that my unborn baby is doing well following this poisoning.

This Mcdonaldsis going from bad to worse. Tonight the kids in kitchen were having fun instead of concentrating on the deliveries. Garbage on the floor in front of the door, no receipts when ordering online, no rootbeer. When I to.d the young man he told me someone was working on it. 10 minutes later still no root beer in the machine and my food got cold. Opted for coke not to wait any longer

Every time I visit, I find myself needing to call the manager because my bill is incorrect. If you don't review your receipt, it's usually $2 to $15 higher than it should be. I'm constantly having to point this out, and when a manager comes to address the issue, they always explain that the cashier is new and made an error. I won’t be returning again.

I have never encountered a McDonald's quite like this one. I would recommend steering clear of it.
