Dunkin' - Lavonia

I go to Dunkin Donuts in Lavonia very often, and I always get my wife a frozen mocha coffee, with mocha swirl, but no whip cream. I must say I will brag about the service here, the servers are the very best!!

Went through the drive-thru. Ordered a large hot coffee. Was served quickly, order was correct, reasonable price, food quality good.

Employee took to long in bathroom. Then we went to the counter to order. Where there had been 2 female's they were gone and the male employee who had been in the bathroom forever (while my husband had to use the restroom) did not even acknowledge us. We left. Horrible experience.

Sometimes, items I have ordered (donuts) are not available. Other times, my order is not made. Plan a few extra minutes for staff to figure your order out, even if you use the app to order ahead.Parking: Around restaurant, 15-20 spacesKid-friendliness: Nothing inappropriate noted.
