Írjon visszajelzéstWe ordered the filet mignon, which was priced at “market price,” coming to $45 per steak. We thought that was reasonable for a steakhouse. However, while we ordered our steak medium rare, it arrived rare—much too red for my liking. I’m not a fan of bloody meat, and this was very undercooked. They also seasoned it a bit too heavily, making it quite salty. The flavor was still excellent, though. My wife had fried okra alongside her filet mignon, and unfortunately, it was the toughest, most stringy okra we've ever had. The strands kept getting stuck in our teeth, which was quite unpleasant. We're not sure what went wrong with the okra, but it definitely missed the mark. We both had loaded baked potatoes, which were fine. Overall, it was a decent dining experience, but I would strongly suggest avoiding the fried okra—it's just not good. Opt for the asparagus or a salad instead. We decided to skip dessert and drinks, opting for club soda instead.
At the bar Nora served me a Ghost Margarita It is the best cocktail I’ve had in quite some time Had the fried shrimp
Our first and last time. Waited 35 mins for appetizer. We asked waitress how the cook was and she said spot on so ordered steaks medium. The ribeye was well done and tasted charred. The strip was med rare and full of gristle. Rice was just soy sauce or dales. I thought the Texas Twinkies had no meat in them but finally found a tad bit in one. Spent 2 hrs and $150 (no alcohol and all drank water) for 4 people. Not worth it. We were hopeful that we’d found a new place to go to.
My husband and I finally got a chance to try Strikers yesterday afternoon. My husband enjoy what he ordered had no issue, which is awesome! Steak was cooked exactly how he likes it,too! I had ordered the Char-broiled Chicken Breast with a side of mashed potatoes with gravy a small salad. 1st let me say, we've never tasted mashed potatoes gravy like that we both agreed...they were different. We BOTH really enjoyed the taste/flavor of them ! However before I get my meal, I had gotten my salad. It's ONLY in my opinion but the kitchen needs to step it up a bit. Before I was able to add the ranch dressing, I had to remove several things I do not eat. When adding a side item such as a salad, the menu doesn't clarify what's all in it. It's supposed to be a little salad. It came fully loaded, which isn't in good taste for me. Sorry. I had to take time to remove the #1 Alfa issue for me..... ONIONS!!! I don't like eating any part of the core of anything, chopped cucumbers or xl crutons. All in ALL minus the salad issue, we enjoyed our meals, the manager, waitresses/hostess were all friendly welcoming! We'll come back.
Kyle was our waiter and done a fantastic job on keeping drinks and checking on us. Would recommend everyone to ask for him.
