I had a terrible experience at this restaurant, which my family and I have been visiting for years. We placed a phone order and were told it would be ready in 30 minutes, but we ended up waiting over an hour. The food was disappointing and did not reflect authentic Peruvian cuisine. This was far from traditional Peruvian cooking, and they should consider removing their flag and renaming themselves. The chicken was overcooked, the fries seemed boiled and then fried again, and the tamale was bland and tasteless. I called to express my concerns but was met with indifference from the girls who answered the phone. I simply asked to speak with a manager, but they seemed uninterested in addressing the issue. Luckily, I know the current owner and was able to share my feedback with them, as both a friend and a loyal customer.

The bread is fantastic, but I was disappointed with my order yesterday. I got the rotisserie chicken and a bread with chicharrón, and both dishes tasted like they were old and reheated. The food was terrible.

The Peruvian chicken is absolutely delicious! We make sure to order it at least once a month.

The customer service is very very very bad!!!! The birthday’s cake are tooo small and sooooo expensive. Please, owner take care about customer service, the lady who was as clerk was no nice.

The bolillos here are enough to keep me coming back! Be aware that the space is small, but you can dine in so if you're okay with possibly bumping elbows with other diners then you'll be okay. Otherwise, definitely take food to go.Their signature chicken is definitely worth at least a try, and the sweet bread does not disappoint though it does run out fast
