Monday, a staff member called to reserve a space for 30 people. the person on the phone said it would be the room away from everyone. we arrived tonight and we will be informed that the room will be booked and tables will be pushed together for us. two waitresses were assigned and it would have been good if 1) the redhead actually helped more than 7 people 2) the brunette knew what she did. it took forever to get food for some of us ordered while others already ate. the brunette could 't keep orders straight, 't keep drinks full, except we asked, charged for objects never brought out. a guy had beer that was flat twice! kind of no foam! when it was time to pay the brunettes, the tickets should have printed so that the party could pay online, not they could go around with the hand, the cache then back to the computer. eating was much overpriced for what was served. I shouldn't pay $50 for nachos and chicken fried steak. overall it comes to the service, it was bad.
