Mcdonald's - Lawton

Every time we come to this location for orders, which is as rarely as possible, we leave dissatisfied. Food is barely warm,l. ALWAYS check your FRIES-make sure your order is correct. We just ordered three LARGE fries and the large was only filled with a small amount. Not happy this happens almost every time at the Sheridan location.

The biscuits were hard like clay paperweights, they barely added any gravy and it was cold. If you are too low on gravy to complete an order, don’t attempt to serve it, especially if you took it off the warmer. The FDA states that food’s internal temperature needs to be 140 degrees. This was cold to touch and especially cool in the mouth.

That's mcdonalds. what I have to say is her drive-thru. first they hear a very welcoming voice that believes that it is the employee until they ask the actual employee quickly and without geduld about their order. get it together mcdonald’s!

My family was looking forward to eating at McDonald's, since it'd been a while since we had a Big Mac. Well, it was disappointing. The drive-thru was very long and very slow (about 15 minutes total).The Big Macs were cold and the fries were extremely salty. It was definitely not worth $8! The dining area was closed, so we couldn't go in to exchange our food.

I'm a normal tomorrow. but there's a new girl I think she's manager. she has beautiful blue eyes. she has amazing customer service and she ensured that my order was not only correct on the loudspeaker, but also on the thruu window running gear. my food was amazingly fresh and hot : many thanks mcdonald’s
