The burgers ???? are amazingly good. Was able to try the cheeseburger and the one with pulled pork aboard-wow! To bad you will have to wait until next season, today, September 25 is the last day they are open. Make sure to head over next spring-before everyone else.

First time here and it did not disappoint. Staff shared the history of the Boars Nest and had to pick up a Tshirt. I had the Boat Burger that was topped with pulled pork and my god I did not need fries the burger alone filled me up and went down with a great ice cold beer.

Great vibes and great food and I'll continue to go because u can't beat the experience, but seriously, they need to find some kind of fly deterrent!! I spend my entire time swatting them away. I know it's an open air dining experience, but WOW! it's like this every night. I feel like I'm in a forest service outhouse.

Great place to stop for a beer after a good hike. The pulled pork sandwich was delicious. Love the outdoor seating and pet friendly area by the creek. Overall atmosphere is inviting. Would highly recommend as a go to spot when traveling through Lead or Deadwood. My only suggestion is they serve draft beer rather than just canned or bottled beer. ????
