Írjon visszajelzéstThis was such an awful experience. To start I waited in the drive thru line for 45 minutes! No that is not an exaggeration. Then, I get to the intercom to order and nobody answers for an additional 10 minutes. So eventually I drove forward to order andpay at the window. After waiting an additional 5 minutes I decided to walk inside and get a refund because this wait time wasabsolutely ridiculous for (get this) fast-food. The workers had the audacity to argue about me in front of me while trying toget my refund because somehow I was in the wrong for clearly whatever inside reason they had. I didn?t even get a receipt when Ipaid so I didn?t get a full refund either it was about 15 cents short. (Not anything to crow about but still). Mind you this isfor ?fast-food.?
Sitting in the drive thru fir 20 minutes is unacceptable! This isn't the first time either, it seems to be the norm. I won't return to this location again. I will drive by and go to Kemah or Webster next time I want anything from whataburger! Theydidn't even take the order correctly!
Didn't even have a chance to order. Two cash registers repeatedly tried to cancel the ordering process. When I finally got one to order, I didn't order cheese, and she always asked if I didn't say a must. I could see that once, but she did it three times. I have too much hurry to play such stupid games with the cashier.
Late night for dinner. My taquito was so good! I have two and are both right away. Food was nice and hot and delicious!? Child-friendly: I was late at night like after 10:00, so I didn't see any kids out!
I don't suggest coming here after a football game. It took forever to get through the drive thru because the kids were going in to the dining room. The food was cold and the shakes warm. I will say that the people on duty were trying very hard. I was going to call Whataburger because let's face it they are not on the cheap spectrum and I had to bring my family poor food, but I decided that it was particularly my fault for not going to the one across town...
