Chick-fil-a - Leander

Seemed to have lost our order. Again.Waited 20 minutes at curbside. Wife has been inside for another 5 minutes. Still no food, someone send help, please.

Ok..so ..I never come to this particular location..first ..I commend the girl that was out there running back and forth ..but it was all so wrong . people behind me were getting orders before the people in the front who ordered way before them..When I finally got my order and got home..my food was hot ,but I'm.sorry the new sandwich with pimento looked nothing like that on tv ..it was so tiny .like it shrunk and very little pimento..it was very disappointing...will not order that again ..stick to what you know..

Well, I got the Southwest Salad. The Romaine lettuce was mainly the white part of lettuce, (see picture) the green was fine, the tomatoes ok. The price was outrageous for what I received!My husband enjoyed his chick fill-a sandwiches very much and the chocolate shake he won't get again.We don't come often. I was very disappointed in the salad. We did show an employee the lettuce and he took a picture. Thank you.

Honestly very disappointed everytime I come to this location. If there were another location that was closer to my house i would be going there. Unfortunately that is not the case for me. The team members never greet me anytime I come in. When I come in through the drive thru the energy is low and no one seems to be happy to work there. The whole cfa team at the location is not pleased to service their customers. I was speaking with liz letting her know that my mobile order malfunctioned and she went out her way to go back and fourth with me instead of just correcting the issue. As far as I know, chick fil a holds high standards and i’m very disappointed. I will make sure others won’t be returning to this location.

This location is so popular. They have long drive-thru lines with personal ordering at kunch and dinner! They work effectively, but it's still a longer wait for each meal than other, low quality competitors have.These individuals are efficient, and most are quite friendly. The chicken here meets Chick-fil-A standards and is tender and tasty. My waffle fries have always had decent firmness. And, to me, the star, the lemonade is perfect! Just the right number of lemons and lemon juice!
