Lali Son Fast Food - Leander

I would want to give them 5* but not quite as each time I order a curry, they decide what they want to send regardless of if being a karahi or anything else! Their Indian Chinese is incredible tho. Hakka Noodles to die for. Wish they run it a littlemore diligently and not think I am some ignorant customer who can be fed any curry they decide on that day!

Portions are so much smaller and the price is $15 dollars now! I was still hungry after getting the chicken and rice here. I thought it was bad when it was $12 for this but now way more expensive and such a small meal! Offer bread with it or a side,like chickpeas or something to justify your price. I agree with others about the small portions. It will be hard for me to gohere and spend that kind of money and be still hungry!

The chilly momos (excellent) and chicken 65 biryani are quite good. However, the regular chicken biryani is disappointing, and the halka noodles are not worth trying either. The regular chicken biryani has more of a curry flavor than anything else. Biryani without bones isn’t really worth it, and they used chicken breast, which is not traditional. Authentic biryani should include thigh and leg pieces. As for the noodles, they lack the authentic Indo-Chinese or Nepalese flavor. I recommend avoiding these dishes, but the others are worth a try.

We moved to Leander a few months ago, and a family member highly recommended Lali Son. I initially couldn't believe that such an amazing place could be located in a gas station, but I quickly realized how mistaken I was! The food is fantastic—we ordered online, and it was ready, hot, fresh, and on time. We tried the crispy spicy wings, and the heat level was just right; we devoured them so quickly that I didn’t even get a chance to snap a picture. I could honestly eat the Chicken 65 Biryani every day—it's that delicious! I can't wait to try their curry dishes, and I think I'll get the Family Combo next time to have a chance at leftovers. I highly recommend Lali Son!

I ordered the Chicken #46 appetizer, prepared Lali Son Style (extra spicy). They cautioned me that it would be hot, but I’m a fan of spicy food. It was incredible, slightly spicier than I anticipated, but I took it on like a champ, only shedding a few tears! I’m grateful for the warning. They even treated me to dessert, thinking I might need it! They’ve definitely earned a repeat customer!
