Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Leander

The food at this location is To Die For Great! I’ve Never had better food at ANY Popeye’s Chicken quite like this Leander, TX location!! I actually have a renewed love for Popeye’s. I’m a foodie and I cook a lot and know great food! They put a Lot of Love into their food! I was impressed how the chicken was laid out so nicely where I could see what I was getting! I met the manager, Erik, and told him the same! He’s a cheerful guy who obviously loves his job and serving others! When I first came in he met me with a smile and made me feel welcomed! He was working the drive thru, but let me know he would be right with me. It’s Worth the Drive to come here! ?????If you eat inside, my only complaint is that the tables need to be cleaned off more regularly, but this is a Beautiful location, and unlike most fast food places, you wouldn’t think to eat inside; this place is different! It’s very pretty — and spacious! Even with my complaint, I still give them a 5 Star.

I ordered a 16-piece family meal in the drive-thru when I got home I only had 12, and no we didn't eat them on the way home. At $2 per tender, this adds up. I tried calling to make them aware of the issue but the phone number doesn't work. Arrgh!

I recently had an experience at Popeyes where the food was great, but the customer service was lacking. While ordering at the drive-thru, the employee who brought my food did not make eye contact, acknowledge me, or say a word. Despite the delicious food, I was left feeling ignored and disappointed by the poor service. Despite the food being a strong point for Popeyes, the lack of attention to customers' needs is a major drawback.

The food was served promptly, tasted delicious, and the manager was very friendly. The bathrooms were immaculate and the tables were also clean. Overall, it was a great experience.

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious! I have never had a bad dish or piece of chicken. However, the orders are always incorrect. Every single time. Last time I went, I mentioned to my spouse that I was going to pick up the order in person to ensure it was correct. (It wasn't). Despite this, I still go back regularly because I have come to accept that I always need to double-check my order. But I absolutely love their food!
