I waited this morning in the line, put my order and then on. a car is in front of me in the window and two behind me. the car in front of me, I drive forward and a car whispers in front of me when I miss my truck by customs. I sat there while my breakfast is cold in a bag next to my drinks for almost eight minutes. When I came into the window, she asked what it was about, she told me they were the door, they can do this. So it's okay to hit a mozen that drives less, and all the others are in the handle. I'm sorry, I take my trouble from now on.
Recently i visited the Sonic Drive thru for a small fry before work. What I recieved for $2.08 was a small bag of EIGHT (half sized) Fries !! I informed the young man, who told me he'd do a re-make and I could keep the 8 fries. I was satisfied with that and appreciative. Until a dark haired girl came with my fries. She asked me if my 8 fries were too hot ! I told her know and explained what happened. She gave me my fries and told me to give her back the 8 fries !! UNREAL !! this girl lacks in customer service for sure. I think she may have been a Supervisor. Kudos to the young man !! 1 stars for the mean girls attitude.
Overall the food was friendly, fresh, fast and tasty. They did forget some toppings on my dog, but I was starving so it didn?t really matter. I?d go back. Using the app is so convenient and dangerous.
I don't like schrottburger at almost food joint. but the children do it, they will chew on every thing and swallow that they should not. $40 for 4 Ho-humburgers, cold pommes and watered soda is stupid. I am the stupid to pay exorbinate fees for this attack on taste, nutrition and common sense. everything to keep the little ones happy and calm. I sold my soul to the devil. in the future I try to convince my laughing and laughing time to avoid such places.
Tonight we stopped for dinner. was eating before the order and the woman asked to use the restroom. they said they were not public. we were not public, we were customers. if they don't support customers, I don't feel obliged to support them. discontinued order and went to a place that supports its customers.
