Legend cullinary on Tegal, Central Java. Famous for their sauto (fermented soybean) and deep dried bones as Cracker. Taste was absolute Delicious,have thick and flavourfull broth. The atmosphere very autentic, where we will prove quote dont judge book from its cover , the wall itself as witness for decade that their taste never change a bit.

Another recomend food for those who travel from Jakarta Purbalingga/Purwokerto through Tegal vise versa. Delicious with unique taste of Tauco. The soup/soto already include rice in the bowl, you have to tell the waiter if don't want to mix with rice.
