We came in to get icecream cake in a cup, which they’ve did for us before. Well when we asked, they went behind the counter which I could see in the window reflection and the lady told her to tell us no. Because they don’t have vanilla or chocolate or fudge or brownie? Now make that make sense.. someone just got a brownie blizzard before us. Will not be returning to a location full of minors who DONT want to work. Worst DQ experience I’ve had.

Staff and Manager were very rude. Waited 40 minutes for a blizzard, got the blizzard and it was melted and there was already a line of angry people with wrong food worst thing ever

I thought the service was great. The ice cream is always top shelf.

Husband and I were completely ignored. Stood at the register for 15 minutes and was not even acknowledged. They were dead and had no orders and ignored us.

Out of some of the food items. Door to building locked quite often because of staffing issues. Rude employees that yell at each other in the store.
