Past three times I've been there, they weren't open during hours according to Google. Waste of time, won't be back

I visited this restaurant yesterday and had a disappointing experience. The manager was rude and confrontational, yelling at me through the drive-thru. When I tried to exchange my iced coffee, which tasted sour, he insisted there was nothing wrong with it. How could he possibly know? Was he even tasting it? It's frustrating to see that the customer is not always right anymore. He complained that I was speaking too quickly and that he was multitasking—why is that my problem? Additionally, another older employee laughed while he yelled at me, claiming my iced coffee was fine. Overall, it was poor service and management. I won't be returning.
