EMBARRASSING experience stay away. I had ordered the famous Lecce rustici the evening before departure to take them with me to Florence, but when I returned at 8 in the morning to pick them up, they were not yet ready. Patiently, I returned twenty minutes later, grabbed my tray and left. But when I arrived in Florence and opened the tray, I discovered that the rustici had been charred! One had been left intact, while the others had been reworked, removing the burnt part leaving a hole in the center. It was a real disaster I can't help but be extremely disappointed. The photos speak for themselves. I called to tell him what happened but I was treated with extreme disdain. For the owner: I avoided putting the packaging paper in the photos, the receipt for the order placed the night before is the relevant receipt that the boy gave me at the time of delivery.

The only pastry and ice cream shop open within a km radius We go in for an ice cream... We ask for a cone of 2. Flavors and the girl, with an absurdly rude tone, replies with: we only have 3 flavours. Dark chocolate, milk chocolate and salted chocolate. I refused to take it. My partner got, of course, milk chocolate. He put the cone in his hand, took the money and didn't even say hello. Good ice cream but nothing special. Rudeness at atomic levels and especially during the week of August in the afternoon at snack time, having 3 flavors is unacceptable.
