Could either use attitude adjustments or just not sound condescending while not letting people into the lobby. We stood outside for almost 5 minutes to just get stared at and given eye rolls. Put a sign on the door if you want to tell people the there are only 2 people working and you see 4. I understand being short staffed, but I've worked in customer service for years and not been ignorant. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Worst Duncan I have thrown money away in First I ordered 2 small coffees with 2 cream and sugar Second. when at the window I waited after paying and waited Third continue waiting, finally I get one medium (take note 1 medium). Where’s the 2nd?? Fourth we are out of small cups so they’re both in one. Had to explain I ordered 2 for 2 people Fifth manager of the day told me I was rude for wanting 2 cups of small coffee made the way I wanted when 2 people just walked out Customer service Horrible!!! After tasting the coffee they did not adjust sugar and cream being a different size so Aduh coffee was no good Waste of time and rude Finally went to big y express and got 2 small coffees for the price of one at Dunkin’ and best of all they were only 100 feet away and a really good coffee Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst Dunkin I have ever been to! I had to wait nearly 15 minutes, for a large iced coffee, despite no one else ahead of me because they ran out of iced coffee. Watched her send someone else to the back to get more but then come back without any because it was already out and just had to be bled, of air in the tap, but then she proceeded to pour mystery coffee from a different cup into mine and the customer 's behind me. We were pretty sure it was hot coffee over ice but when I questioned them about it they said it wasn 't but my coffee was super watered down and over creamed. I left without having them remake it because the place was a mess, disorganized and dirty, but on the way out I noticed the customer behind me was headed back to the counter with theirs complaing- wish I had... False advertisement that they open at 5. Bunch of lazy people work there
