Duende - Leederville

I've dined here several times over the years and have always experienced fantastic service. The tables at the back are a bit too close together, so we opted to sit by the window. It's not the most budget-friendly option if you're very hungry. I would rate the food a maximum of 4 stars. I'm quite particular about desserts, but the hot donuts in the picture were absolutely incredible.

The food is excellent here. We had the croquette, halloumi salad, pork belly bites, arancini n etc. The price is very reasonable too. The manager is full of energy.

I had a delightful late lunch at this restaurant, where the friendly French manager provided excellent service. He allowed us ample time to choose our dishes and thoughtfully served our food in courses, enhancing both our enjoyment and the space on our table. The wine list was accessible for those new to Spanish wines, and his recommendations were perfectly paired with our meal. Plus, the portions were quite generous for a tapas restaurant!

We had a large family lunch with 13 adults and 2 kids, and it was wonderful! The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. This is a fantastic venue for any celebration. Thank you, Duende team!

It was a bit disappointing to us because I booked the restaurant for the highest rating from Zomato. The dishes were not bad, but not as outstanding as the rating. The lamb was dry to my standard and I’d prefer my bread warm when it’s served. It’s a good dinning place, but it will not be my go to restaurant.
