Hyde Park Book Club - Leeds

First visit, but not the last one! Has a great vegan BLT and my partner had vegan tofu scramble. Great honeycombs too! Updated by previous review on 2022-04-30

We were really excited to try HPBC after reading some Rave reviews and not disappointing. When we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly staff and decided to sit outside to be under the beautiful mood that was obvious. From the menu we ordered the Facon Bagel with roasted cherry tomatoes, spinach and salsa verde and the chicken and avocado bagel with rocket and salsa verde mayo. Both bagels were fresh and tasteful and the facon and the chicken each had a good texture. The staff even gave a children's bag for a small fee for our son who was a nice touch. Definitely a place to visit.

Stop! It is a friendly place that becomes a creative center. Love their cakes, drinks area and their cellar room attracts some fine musicians.

My partner (veggie) and I (vegan) dropped by and had a bite to eat in the l sunny seating area outfront. I had the chicken which was outstanding and using olive bread just nicely finished it off. While I agree there wasn 't much, the food they had was fresh, well put together and delicious. Toilets, however, are disgusting... Highly recommended holding it!
