The food is amazing, there is plenty of seating, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this coffee shop. As a previous employee, I can say that this is one of the best places to work in Leeds. The staff is always friendly and supportive, making you feel appreciated. I had a great time working there, met some wonderful people, and truly miss the experience. I never wanted to leave.

I really enjoy Pret a Manger because their coffee is stronger than the coffee from other major chains, which often tastes more like milk. The restaurant has two floors and is quite spacious. The staff is friendly and accommodating. When I visited at 3pm, it was quiet and pleasant.
