Riverside Hearth - Lansdowne Resort

I had the chance to take advantage of Lansdowne Resort when I was bumped from my flight at IAD & it was quite the compensation! It's not just a hotel.

I've been a communications director in the hospitality business for four years now and I think I see this industry in ways others don't.

This is day 3 of a 4 day stay Medical conference Initial impression, meh Appears to want to be a nice resort, but they fall short.

We enjoyed the guacamole and salsa. The medium guacamole and it was fairly spicy. Each person ordered a different kind of enchiladas and tacos and then we traded around so that everyone could try several kinds. We were severed quickly which would be good for people who have an evening engagement. Our only complaint was that it was quick noisy which made it difficult to hear each other at our table.

Server was very nice and attentive. Great cocktails. Good place to people watch along with the sounds of the city (sitting outside ) I would go again if I'm in DC.
