Starbucks - Leesburg

This store is great on weekdays. But they have to do something about the weekends. All of the attention is given to the drive through customers. The line is huge and the store is not ready. It?s understaffed! Please, solve this issue. Our drinks took 25 minutes to make. :

This is the slowest Starbucks I?ve ever been to and I e been to a lot. I understand being short handed but this Starbucks clearly has an issue. It?s about 30 mins when I do drive through. Never again. Also they close at 4 pm. Management needs to figure out how to improve this place.

As usual, Starbucks keeps providing extraordinary customer service and welcoming shopping/visit experience. The staff and the supervisor or the manager of the store during my visit today, they all were friendly, polite, communicative, and super helpful. Great customer service!

I ordered a simple decaf latte grande from a Starbucks that is drive thru only for some reason. What I got was an unmarked pumpkin spice latte. Ordinarily wouldn't care the order wasnt exactly right but I am very allergic to cinnamon. I immediately went into respiratory distress made worse by the fact that I was in my car. Thank goodness I wasn't in motion at the time. I was able to use my inhaler and went back to the Starbucks to exchange for the coffee I had ordered but apparently they had closed right after I left. Who closes at 2 pm? It's an unfortunately inconvenient location. Won't go to that one again

This Starbucks is so lame. They are open at their convenience and when you ask why they don?t have their store or drive thru open it?s always they say because of staffing. Then how comes the Starbucks in Leesburg across from Costco doesn?t have this same staffing problem? I went there today at 2:15 pm and they were totally closed. Thought I?d give them another chance but I am way, way over them. Just go out of business and let someone else use your franchise license?jeez
