Subway - Leesburg

After three unsuccessful attempts to place online orders in the past 45 days, I am finally giving up on this restaurant location. Even though my order clearly stated a Club sandwich, I received a Turkey sandwich instead, which had a price difference of $4 including tax. Despite the fact that the restaurant was not busy when I placed my order, they still got it wrong. When I tried to address the issue by calling, the voicemail was full and nobody returned my call. This situation speaks volumes about the lack of ownership and management at this establishment.

The sandwich at this restaurant was exceptional. Despite there only being one employee working, he made sure to meticulously craft each sandwich, paying close attention to detail and ensuring they were presented beautifully.

The food is delicious, and although I have only encountered one issue, I am willing to return. The staff is friendly, and I always feel welcomed. However, the restaurant doesn't particularly stand out from other typical dining establishments.

The young man preparing my sandwich never spoke to me. I ordered the Black Forest ham and he barely placed any meat on the sandwich so it was like eating plain bread with tomatoes.
