Terrible experience walking in. The associate up front was not only on his phone and barely doing his job while ringing me out he's chewing on his fingers when I walk in. I go to the bathroom come out) my large coffee. Still not made same kid out in the dining room.doing God knows what. Had to request a different lid due to his unhygienic ways. Management should do more. No one working with drinks and food should be on their phone or chewing on their nails. The worst dunkin experience just disgusting.

Burnt coffee, watery hot chocolate, and extremely slow service. Don't bother.

The coffee is usually good and the food has always been fine. The wait here is insane, always. Do not stop here unless you have plenty of spare time. Don’t even bother making a mobile order to this location. On multiple occasions I have made mobile orders and gotten there and things weren’t available or they did not start the order until we arrived even thought I submitted the order way in advance and they weren’t busy. Last time I made an order, got there and of course munchkins were not available. They told me they couldn’t give me a refund and that I would have. To contact customer service. I left the store with no refund and no munchkins. They didn’t even provide me with details to give customer support when I called. I first contacted customer support through email which was getting nowhere. Then I called. The person on the phone said the store owner said they contacted you and resolved the issue. THEY DID NOT. All they said we sorry for the inconvenience and provided me with no refund. This place is poorly managed and run. Service: Take out Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

30min wait times in the drive thru every time you go no matter the time of day. Mobile orders are rarely ready when you arrive. Service: 1
