La Pleine Mer - Lège-Cap-Ferret

Went for lunch during the week. Pros: Nice view. Good service (the tall young waiter was very nice). Cons: Food was disappointing. My wife had the fish (mulet) with risotto and the latter was not cooked (maybe they rushed to get it out). My sardines were ok but small (and only 3) compared to what I had at other places in the area for the same price.

The fish daurad from chef’s specialities was over too salty even though I love salt !! I eventually told them that the fish was barely eatable but we ate because we were simply hungry and I couldn’t be bothered complaining! The waitress went to double check and she did tell me that the fish had far too much salt on it ! This was a main course which cost 25€ each and we had 2 ! They did apologize and offered us a dessert on the house but I did have to pay 50€ for the both main course which is slightly outrageous! My friend’s son also had a fish which had to be sent back to the kitchen as it was not cooked enough! I DO NOT recommend this restaurant whatsoever and the 81€ bill had a really bitter taste indeed !!!!

Nice place to eat, the foods great but they don't scatter people around enough

I recommend this restaurant! A divine kitchen and a splendid setting. A restaurant with family or friends.

Great place to spend a great relaxing and frugal moment I highly recommend and we will come back after the work of this winter: it's on!
