Cafe Zupas - Lehi

Went in to get something to go at 4pm on 02-06-2023. Manager on duty couldn’t help but yell at her workers about how late they were in front of my while she rang me up on the register. Very unprofessional and Horrible thing to watch and experience as a customer. If I worked at a place like this with a manager like that I would quit. This is what a mango berry salad with extra berries, extra mango, and extra nuts looks like at this location. $15 lettuce.

I generally enjoy Zupas. Visited this location since its fairly new. Was not impressed with this location during our visit. The avocado on our TBA does a good job of summarizing our visit: lacking.

You lose a star for giving me a sad, sad sandwhich with hardly any filling (Pesto Chicken) You lose a star for the teeeeeny tiny strawberries. You lose a star because you forgot the drink with my meal (a take out order) And all of this could be forgiven if your prices weren't somewhat ridiculous, and higher than ever. For what I'm paying, I shouldn't be feeling like I was shafted. For what it's worth, it still tasted the same as it usually does, not worse.

It's a nice location. The food was good and the staff helpful.
